CR GEMS strictly controls raw material, production equipment, procedure and tracking document, according to the requirements of ISO9001:2015 quality management system. Every press is digitally controlled by the computing system. The finished product can only be allowed to enter into the warehouse after strict quality inspection.

To ensure the quality consistency, the quality inspection instruments  are introduced ,like Laser particle size analyzer, Diashape analyzer, V-Diamant static strength tester, TTI Toughness tester and so on.
