Since our foundation, CR GEMS highly values research & innovation. Our R & D team work closely with universities and research institutions, dedicating to the development of new superabrasive products.

CR GEMS has a modern technology center with four divisions:

1. The incoming raw material lab mainly conducts inspections, qualification, and experimentation on materials. It makes remarkable contribution to the company's technology renovation.

2. The continuous process improvement team studies the new technologies to improve the properties, yield, and consistency of new products.

3. The testing lab is responsible for testing new products and assisting new product development efforts.

4. New product research center focuses on new product development to better serve customer requirement for cost saving and more demanding application.
